SMICAR

SMICAR is a server-based tool (beta version) for converting a SMILES chemical notation to the 3D cartesian coordinates.

Features

  1. Submit request for conversion from a simple GUI.
  2. View the resulting 3D coordinates by either JPad, JMol, MolBuilder, or PsiViewer.

Known problems

  1. SMICAR often has problems for multiple-ring species. Please report problematic cases, Dr. Ratkiewicz will make them work!
